Saratoga-Just a Short Hop to Fort Belvoir

Wild Bunny in the GrassChances are you will see a wild bunny or two in your yard in the Saratoga neighborhood in Springfield Virginia.   With the pockets of woods scattered throughout the neighborhood you will also see deer and foxes too.  The wildlife, nice size lots, the quick hop to Fort Belvoir, nearby shopping, recreation and ease of commuting make Saratoga a neighborhood that stays on the list of popular Springfield neighborhoods.

Your post caught my attention because I live in Saratoga Springs, Utah.  Never been to your Saratoga maybe one day I will get to visit.

Mark-how funny.  When I first started on the post I was going to make a reference to Saratoga Springs in NY had no idea there was a Saratoga Springs in Utah as well.

It's named after a natural hot springs which happens to be part of our HOA and we use it to feed our year around pool.  Saratoga is a new city here in Utah.  So until about 12 years ago NY had the only Saratoga (at least I know of).

Mark how terrific to have a year round hot springs pool.  I'm jealous!

Cindy

My family and I lived at Ft. Belvoir for a year.  We loved being close to the water for boating.  And all of the activities the area provides.  I have been in your area enjoying the community.  We relocated and retired at Ft. Knox KY 14 years.  If you have any relocation coming this way I am never to busy for your referrals.

Marsha-glad the post reminded you of all of the good things in the area and your time at Fort Belvoir.  I'll keep you in mind if I have anyone coming your way and hope you will do the same for the military installations in our area.
