Cindy, did you move the Kennedy Center to Fairfax County?   I guess if they're not going to approve rail to Dulles, the other way to avoid 66 is to move the good stuff out to Fairfax Co.!  :-D

Tchaka-Yes I did with my powerful blogging abilities I can move buildings from one side of the river to the other at will :-)  I did say "just across the border".  No passport needed to travel!
