Last week was my third closing this year on a townhouse listing in the Riverside Station neighborhood in Prince William County VA. This was also the third Department of Defense Homeowners Assistance Program (HAP) sale in the neighborhood and my third referral from previous clients in the neighborhood.
It appears the saying "good things come in threes" is right.
For military families the Department of Defense Homeowners Assistance Program (HAP) has been a great program for being able to sell their homes and help mitigate the loss from a downturn in the Prince William County real estate market.
If you are a military family in Prince William County who just received PCS orders and qualify for the HAP program give me a call at 703-346-2213. Let me put my experience and success in closing sales for families like yours using HAP benefits to work for you.

Congratulations on another great HAP closing. How many is that this year?
Cindy: I think you ought to be the instructor for the HAP program class that PWAR would like to get together. I can't imagine anyone understands the workings of this program like you do.
I'm with Anne. You are the HAP authority. Why not make it official and teach a Lunch 'n Learn for PWAR?
Cindy, that is what my mother always said "good things come in three's". Congratulations!
Congratulations on another superb job. I actually hope the cycle of three repeats itself for you before years end.

Pat-you know I've lost count. I'll check after the next round closes.
Anne-I've been sharing my knowledge of the HAP program with agents all of the country this year. Glad to lend a hand to PWAR.
Chris Ann-Of course at the moment the deadline for PCS orders is at the end of this month. Proposal in front of officials to extend. Need to make sure funding is available. Already seen internal changes on how they pay seller subsidy that went into effect at the end of July.
Rebecca-my mom always said the same thing too.
Cal-thank you. Next week I have my third closing in the Port Potomac neighborhood right down the road from this one.
